HOW TO COOK CHICKEN HERB SOUP
RECIPE
1 Whole chicken (must be chopped into small pieces)
2 Tsp of Salt
10 cups of water
3-4 leaves of each herb
DIRECTION
Place water in a pot and bring it to a full boil. Then, add all the chicken pieces. After 10 minutes of boiling, introduce the salt and gently stir the meat. When the meat is nearly cooked, typically after 5 minutes, incorporate the herbs and continue stirring for an additional 5 minutes. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving with warm rice and hot water. While boiling, stir and eliminate impurities that surface with the bubbling, discarding them. For a clear broth, delicately skim off the oil and impurities that rise to the top using a spoon.
REVIEWS
Thank you for your dried chicken herbs! It taste just as delicious as the fresh herbs itself I am amazed! I've tried many chicken herbs before and some are always missing a few herbs but I can trust that you've managed to put all the important ones together o l love it!
The herbs got here quick! :)
Thank you so much.
(I'm no expert but) they tasted as good as the fresh ones!
I'm so glad I stumbled on your fb page and ordered!
This is something new: Dried chicken herbs! It's very "potent" so a little goes a long ways! I love cornish hens and a couple pinches of these dried herbs gives it the perfect amount of aroma and taste. Smells as fresh as if I just picked it from the garden. Because it is dried, you're not going to see/get perfectly full leaves. But the aroma and taste is still definitely there. This works well for my lazy winter days when I just want a quick warm chicken soup.
